Large single room to rent in lovely home

We have a large single room available for a short term let from the end of February 2026.
We are in a good position for Lancaster city centre, Lancaster University and other surrounding areas. There is a bus route at the end of the road.
On street parking is available.
The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table and large drawers.
The house has a lot of space and there is a large size kitchen for us to share. There is an additional living space in the converted attic with sofa and TV. This allows private spaces for everyone.
We are two sociable people but we do not want to party! :-)
We are also respectful of people's privacy and need for space.
The rent includes bills.
