Both available rooms iclude beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and shelving area etc. Cost is £300 for single room or 330 for double room - INCLUDING ALL BILLS (council tax, broadband, sky, gas, water, electric / tv licence). Shared access to living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.

Housemates are expected to do their fair share of cleaning. In general its quite a quiet and relaxed household.

Quiet street with driveway parking that is not currently used by residents.

Landlady is seeking an easy going tenant who is relatively clean, tidy and respectful of others working.
