The room is available now. People looking for Monday to Friday lets are also welcome.

Shared use of bathroom, living room and kitchen. The house has internet access and a home cinema. It has incandescent lighting throughout. The yard is small but sunny and has safe bike storage. There is plenty of space for on street parking and the house is 5 minutes from Lancaster train station and 2 minutes from the X1 bus stop.

I work from home and would prefer to rent to a student or working person who is generally out of the house in the day.
