Single Room to Let -South Lancaster

I have a small, single room that is available from June 6th. It's furnished with a single bed and chest of drawers/wardrobe. It's in a shared house with myself and another mature professional/student. I'm really looking for someone to fit in who likes a quiet life and isn't a party animal. I like to think of myself as fairly easy going and would ideally like someone who is a professional but would be happt to consider mature students, I have two cats so it's pretty essential that you like animals.
