Available from Sept 4, but there is flexibility. Room in shared end terrace House approx 5 minutes walk from the University Of Cumbria campus on Bowerham Road.

Nice and handy for Uni, chippy, Co-Op, pharmacy, pub. It would be hard to be closer to the city centre.

Single downstairs bedroom. Sitting room area, cleaned for you. No need to schlepp to the laundrette - there's a washing machine.

The room is being let by Student Housing Lancaster (very near the property, they're on Gage Street.) I was going to take this room, but will be sharing a flat instead, all girl with students on the same course as me so am seeking a replacement.
