Ensuite Double Room for Rent

I'm moving to a new job in a different city and would need someone to take up my tenancy.

It's a very nice 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a sought after apartment building (The Old Bus Depot/Kingsway Apartments).

My room is the ensuite one and is currently furnished but the furniture is mine so you can opt to pay me for it or if you have yours, I'm happy to move mine out.

The living room furniture is also mine as my flat mate paid for all the kitchen stuff (fridge-freezer included) so you may need to pay for the living furniture as well if you haven't got any. Other than that, bills come up to about £50-£70 a month excluding council tax. My flatmate is a student so doesn't pay but I get to pay just 75% which is about £89 per month.

If you're interested, this will be done via the agent so agency fess may apply.
