The property is in a great location, with bus stops at the end of the road to Lancaster city centre and Lancaster University. Lancaster city centre is only 20-30-min walk away otherwise, whereas Lancaster University is about 30-min walk away. If you like to cycle, there is room for secure bike storage in the rear yard. On-street parking is also available (no permit required).

All rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk with chair, with plenty of space for storage in the house. All bedrooms have individual locks for privacy.

The house has a spacious living room with a flexible dining space. Fully equipped kitchen contains all expected amenities (microwave, toaster, etc.), with plenty of cupboard space and two fridge freezers. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Bathroom has both bath and shower. Property has fibre broadband with good Wi-Fi signal to all bedrooms.

Rent includes all bills (including council tax, utilities, TV licence, broadband, etc.). You will need your own personal contents insurance for your own belongings, if you wish.
