Single room available in three-bedroom house situated in the Scotforth area of Lancaster.

The property is in a great location, with bus stops at the end of the road to Lancaster city centre and Lancaster University. Lancaster city centre is only 20-30 min walk away otherwise, whilst Lancaster University is about 30 min walk away. If you like to cycle, there is room for secure bike storage in the rear yard. Free on-road parking is also available.

The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk with chair, with plenty of space for storage. Rooms have individual locks for privacy. The house has a spacious living room with a flexible dining space. Fully equipped kitchen contains all expected amenities (microwave, toaster, etc.), with plenty of cupboard space and fridge freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Bathroom has both bath and shower. Property has unlimited broadband with Wi-Fi.

Rent is £420 per month for the single room. Rent includes all bills (including council tax, TV licence, broadband). You will need your own personal contents insurance for your own belongings. Deposit is £200, refunded at the end of the tenancy. Property is no-smoking.

Current household is two males, both professionals. We are easy to get along with and are looking for a friendly and considerate professional who would like to live in a relaxed and respectful living environment. One of us works remotely from home for most of the month. We treat the house like a home and expect new tenants to do the same. Household cleaning in communal areas is shared between everyone.

Other information (in case you wouldn't be comfortable living with any of the following): I am gay, in a relationship. I have a cat who generally gets on well with people, so new tenants should be cat-friendly also. No other pets are allowed.
