Furnished double room to rent in central Lancaster

Fully furnished double room in central Lancaster- 5 mins to the shops, 10 mins away from the University of Cumbria and 15 mins bike ride from Lancaster University. Close to bus stops and 20 min walk from the train station.

The house has a large open plan living area, kitchen and bathroom, a washing machine, tumble dryer and wireless broadband- all the things you'd expect really!

We welcome short or long staying housemates (if you'd like to stay short term, then we can work out a weekly rent). We're happy to share with well-behaved dogs or any other small pets (though we don't have a cat flap).

We're a couple of PhD students, we like climbing, ski touring, sailing- pretty much anything outdoorsy, and though we would welcome someone who loves the outdoors as much as us, we don't mind if you're not so keen!

As students, we don't pay council tax and so we would expect anyone eligible for council tax to pay the full amount.

We have someone moving in on 15th September, but if you're looking for somewhere temporary, then this might be the house for you!
