We are situated close to Lancaster town centre, with great views over to the castle and the bay.
It is close to bus routes .
The house is set back from the road. There is off street parking. The house has a very spacious feel and has a large garden to the rear.
I am a full time health professional and live here with my daughter.
I am looking for a lodger with a mature outlook on life. Must be tidy and respectful of others.
