Double room in quiet area near town centre

A large, ground floor double room overlooking a quiet street in the Fairfield area. The lounge area and kitchen have just been refurbished. I have one flatmate already. I am currently working away and my dad is looking after the property for me. We are very friendly and easy going. There is a not too strict tidy as you go policy in the house which is a mid terrace Victorian 4 bed in Fairfield. It is a 2 minute walk from the train station and local park - 4 minutes to the town centre. I think the let would ideally suit a post grad student or professional looking for a temporary base.
