I have a double room, plus spacious attic if needed, to let in south Lancaster for a friendly, easy-going professional person. Situated 10 mins walk from city centre, convenient for hospital and universities. Lovely open aspect to the front. Shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom (second bathroom to be built soon). Central heating, power shower, washing machine. Parking is on street, but well-lit. There is a rear yard with plants. Shared cleaning of communal areas or you can pay a little extra for a cleaner. My last lodger stayed for 8 years so it's obviously an ok place to be!
