We have a lovely furnished house where one room has become available. It is for 5 tenants and has 2 large double rooms, 2 medium size doubles and 1 single. The house is in Kelsey Street near to the train station (10 minutes walk to the Infirmary, 5 minutes to shops and bus to University).
It has double glazing, 2 bathrooms and all white goods. It has just been freshly cleaned. Rent is £60 or £70 each tenant. It could be bills inclusive at an extra £15 each. Non smoking house.
