Bargain Rooms Student House to let for individuals

I am a student landlord in Lancaster with 10 properties that I rent out each year. I just have four rooms left in a house on Lune Street that I am renting to individual students for the coming academic year. It has 5 bedrooms three are double and 2 singles. There is a shared lounge, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The house is available from 10th August but normally students move in sometime in September.
