You're looking at: a large double bedroom (unfurnished), shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. All this for £262. 50 a month, around £300 with bills (which is significantly less than you'd pay for a student house...)

Property IS unfurnished, but if that bothers you then don't worry because I'll help you find furniture. Living room, bathroom, kitchen etc. all furnished because I live here already. You can use my stuff, I have a pretty big TV (:

Kitchen is suspiciously large for how much you'll be paying, with gas (! not electric, electric sucks) hobs and oven, plus you can use all my random kitchen gadgets AND if you ask nicely I'll make you curry on Thursdays. You can even choose what kind.

I do have two cats (1 almost-cat and 1 kitten), but they are adorable and you will love them.

Small garden-ish thing at the back with enclosed space (relatively private, I sunbathe there all the time) that I'm in the process of filling with plants, leading onto a cobblestone alleyway. Right next to Williamson Park and the Scotch Quarry.

Community garden is close - I get my rosemary and other herbs from there all the time. We can go blackberry picking together, if you're into that.

As for me: recently graduated in sociolinguistics from Lancs uni, not a loud housemate per se but I do enjoy music and I'm a night owl. If you think this could be the place for you, do get in touch and arrange a viewing. Available from 6th August.
