It is a double room which is furnished with a double bed, bed side table and wardrobe. Other furniture available from storage. Bed linen can be provided if required. The house has a large front room, smaller dining room and galley kitchen. There is a downstairs decent sized bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs. There is a, pretty garden, which is relatively private and is lined with apple trees, with a patio area and large garage. There is also an off road parking spot. The house is in a great location, with mostly fields behind; it is close to the canal footpath, the main A6 road and bus routes. No broadband at the moment but would consider this if required and cost shared.
I have one cat who is no trouble.
