Room to rent

I have a lovely double bedroom to rent to a working person. I am happy to answer any question regarding my house rules. My accommodation would suit Heysham Power Station workers, and hospital workers. As it is in a good location for both sites. I would like someone who knows how to clean up after themselves, courteous, and respectful of my house rules.
I am a keen exerciser, I work at the hospital and I also attend college so very busy lady. My house is a semi detached with guaranteed off street parking in a lovely little cul-de-sac.
