Double room for mature student/professionals

Large double room located in a semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac near the Lancaster Infirmary.

I'm a 27 year old postgraduate female who is out most of the time and generally very busy. Ideally looking to live with a mature student/working professional female who is very clean and tidy, responsible and relaxed. I am quite independent and tend to keep to myself. My house is a source of peace and quiet where I can retire at the end of the day and I'm looking for someone who shares that same idea. I will be doing my final exams of medical school next year but will be on placement for half the year. Sorry but no male overnight guests whilst I am there!

Fully furnished to a high standard - all brand new. Also includes 50" flat screen TV, washing machine, oven/stove, microwave etc. Double room comes with a memory foam mattress.

Large living room, and large kitchen/diner. Very spacious.

I also have a single room which will be a study room when I get around to it!

£390 per month including bills and excluding council tax. Flexible on price - ideally looking for someone who will look after the house and keep it a peaceful and happy place!
