Friendly house share Lancaster Centre £225pcm

Hello, we have a room in our shared house that has become available on Devitre Street, just off the canal and very close to the city centre in Lancaster.
The bedroom is a good size over-looking a few trees and great view for the sunset.
There is a fairly new single bed and mattress in the room, but the room would also fit a double. There is a wardrobe and desk in the room too.
There is plenty of space in the rest of the house, with a nice big kitchen, cosy spacious living room and there is also a cellar below the house for extra storage space.
There is a yard out the back of the house which is quite secluded with trees and Ivy bushes but is also quite a nice little sun trap in the summer. We are planning on doing some work on improving the yard and growing some herbs and plants out there so if you are green-fingered you may enjoy helping with this project!
Just to note we don't have a TV in the house and neither of us would be interested in chipping in for a licence but we do have unlimited internet included in the price so you could get most telly on catch-up
We are both easy going and like to make the place feel like a relaxed home, we are both creative/arty types in our spare time but both work/study a good part of the week in the city too. We would welcome anyone who is interested to come and see the house and meet us.
The room is available from the start of July and we are hoping to find someone who would like to live here long-term and make the place their home
