Shared Student Flat for 2015-2016, Lancaster

We have a room available in a mixed, four bedroom flat in the centre of Lancaster. The room is available for the 2015/2016 academic year and would be suitable for an undergraduate student.

The flat is in a very central location and is in walking distance of the bus station, railway station, Sainsburys Superstore and the pubs and clubs.

The flat comes fully furnished and includes a living room/kitchen combo and 2 bathrooms. The two bathrooms both have toilets and one has a bath/shower as well. Shared washing machine/dryer facilities are available downstairs, which comprises of 4 washing machines and 2 dryers. The bedrooms are all a good size, 3 of the rooms being doubles and one being slightly smaller with a 3/4 size bed. The 4 bedrooms come furnished

Ideally, we're looking for another University student to share with, who enjoys a good balance of partying and studying.
