Room available now to 31st August 2015. 1 minute walk from the regular bus to Lancaster University (10-15 mins), 15 min walk to town and 20 min walk to Lancaster train station. The house is less than a 5 min walk to Cumbria University. There is free street parking.

Great for students or professionals looking for a short term let until they find somewhere more permanent to live.

I have been offered a Masters dissertation project in London and so have to move out of my shared house after Easter.

No smoking allowed in the house, but there is a back yard where you can smoke.
