The accommodation was built as a shared apartment for five people, there is one shower room and one toilet. Each room has a sink and the furniture includes a three quarter double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The living area has a range of chairs and side tables and includes a 42" smart TV. The kitchen area has two fridge freezers with an allocated drawer in the freezer and a fridge shelf for each room. A Microwave, toaster and kettle are also included.

The residents simply have to provide their own bedding, crockery and cutlery.

The common areas are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis and a vacuum cleaner is available for residents to clean their rooms.
