Lancaster, Double room (LA1 4UX) available now - in friendly student/postgrad/young prof house in Lancaster. 2 bathrooms - so no waiting. Quiet and safe location, very short walk to the city centre and bus stops.

5 mins walk to town centre, in a small quiet cul-de-sac. Close to CUMBRIA UNI (few mins walk) close to bus for LANCASTER UNI and 2 mins walk from the hospital. Close to town, large supermarkets such as Aldi nearby. Sharing with one ex Lanc PhD graduate and 2 male nurses - all incredibly nice.

Fantastic location and particularly suited to post grads and/or mature students. Few mins walk to city centre and all bus stops.

Consideration will be given for those working at uni. or hospital workers or Heysham power workers - but then I’m afraid council tax wd be payable. parking outside with a permit.

We are looking for quieter tenants. It’s a quiet but really friendly house with a nice atmosphere.

Rent includes ALL utility bills, fibre, TV. Council tax would be extra I'm afraid (band B)

The room is a great size with lots of storage and double bed. The house has two bathrooms - so less waiting.

The house is a typical lancaster terrace and whilst in a great location and with 2 bathrooms, the kitchen is slightly smaller - but it has a huge fridge freezer, new washing machine and heat pump dryer plus oven, hob, microwave etc.
