A large room in a really friendly, but quiet, Post-grad/mature student house within walking distance to the university and very close (seconds away) to bus stops. Free parking on road. Fast fibre. To share with 2 male and 1 female PhD students. Very friendly and welcoming and spacious. Nice garden.

Suitable for Cumbria uni and LRI or working at uni - but sorry council tax may then applicable - but this can be discussed. .

The room is a large ground floor bedroom - with opening window. It’s a warm room in winter, available Sept/oct. Plenty of room to store a bike inside.

The house is in Galgate, a village next to the uni. Galgate has a small supermarket and takeaways.

The house has fast fibre to the property. There is a nice garden and plenty of storage in the kitchen with 2 fridges and 2 freezes, washing machine and heat pump dryer.

Currently one bathroom - modern and clean with rainfall overhead shower.

Nice sitting room.
