10 Min Stroll To City Centre. Residents' Parking.

Looking for someone from July 1st 2025. (I can be flexible on the length of your lease, but it's only available from July 1 2025).

Couples accepted short term but the rent of 600 is only for a single person. Couples would be 800.

I am only going to be around for viewings 7th to 10th June and 29th to 31st June. The room is occupied till 27th June but I can show you the room below which is a similar size.

Please have a profile set up if you message me, this is my home (although I'm rarely there this year) so I like to see whom I might be co-habiting with :)

The rent, deposit and references are *non-negotiable*.

Fully-furnished double room with use of a guest room / office room.

Good, fast WiFi.

The house is well insulated and warm.

Very quiet cul-de-sac, just behind the hospital.

A few minutes walk from the city centre and opposite the bus stop to universities.

You have shared use of a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and bathroom with rainfall shower, storage cupboards on the landing, and guest room, which has a home-office set up.

You'll be sharing the house with me, (I keep 1 bedroom for myself), but I work in Copenhagen till the end of 2025 so I'm very rarely there (once every couple of months for a few days at a time).

There is visitor parking on the street. You can also buy an annual residents' pass for around £25 or there is free street parking nearby.

You'll need a reference from your previous landlord and a deposit of one month's rent.
