Rooms To Rent At Bowerham

It is a semi-detached house in the south of Lancaster, fully furnished with furniture and electrical appliances, near Lancaster University, with local amenities within 3or4 minutes' walk, such as a barber, a convenient shop, restaurant bars etc.

You can take a bus directly to the town and the University in 7or8 minutes, both of which are also within reasonable reach if you prefer walking.

Room 1 is downstairs, a standard double with lots of storage, and room 2 is a single, fitted with a double bed though.

We are looking for someone quiet and easy-going with a regular routine so that we will have a suitable environment to study and work.
