Double room in house share available

Hi, I'm looking for someone to move into the spare double room in my house. Bills / council tax / broadband are included.

Located in Leigh, there's a nearby retail park and a town centre with links to Manchester. There is on-the-road parking available and a patio and garden. It's a 20 second walk from Bickershaw Country Park (pictured) and about a 20 minute walk from Pennington Flash and the marina.

I work in Education from home but am often away with work 2/3 nights a week. There is a desk in your room so you can work from home if you need to also.

There is a shared kitchen / living room / bathroom and a box room which is currently just used for storage if you need it and I will be getting a cleaner when someone moves in. The room in the picture will be yours but it's getting a new double bed this week.

I have a little dog who loves people and playing with people. He's hypoallergenic but doesn't quite know he's a dog!
