Room to rent

I’m quite chilled out, sociable but also enjoy time to myself.. I like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for someone who shares the same values and is also considerate.

The house is a two bedroom terrace, which has recently been refurbished and furnished to a high standard. It will contain a brand new 3/4 double bed and mattress. The kitchen contains a 6 person kitchen table with chairs. There is a large sofa in the living room, which will contain a TV.

I have a miniature labradoodle who I enjoy taking for walks. She is an intelligent and friendly dog. There is a garden to the rear of the property.

I am open to anyone who would like to move in sooner. I am just in the process of furnishing the house, which should be within the next couple of weeks. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
