We are looking at renting out our annex. It is a very large separate building on our property - huge room upstairs (bedroom?) and then a huge room downstairs with a very large L couch, kitchen, cooker, washing machine, large sink. The annex also has it's very own separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet in. There are three windows throughout for good ventilation and everything is clean and in working order.
