Single room available in a spacious flat, in a very good area. Fully-furnished, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, reserved parking space, 5 minutes away from town centre, 2 minutes away from Morrisons, Aldi and Gym, 10 minutes away from Lidl, McDonald's, Iceland, Asda, 5 minutes away from local GP, close to different bus stations. Sharing electric facilities, also the washing machine has a dryer included. I am looking for a decent flatmate (Man but Preferably Woman because they are more attentive to details, usually tidier and more organised according to my previous experiences)to share the flat with. I am working, 5 days out of 7, sometimes even 6 days per week. I am a reasonable, tidy and hardworking person, I would prefer a professional employed person to share the flat with but students are welcome as well. The room will be available from the 10th of May.
