I'm a live in landlord looking for a lodger in my 3 bedroom detached bungalow.
In my current job, I'm sometimes away with work, so my lodger would potentially have the house to themselves a lot of each week (hence the slightly higher rent ) and potentially ( up for discussion) use of a 2nd bedroom for storage or extra space if needed.
House is in a nice quiet area.
Shared areas - Lounge area, Dining area and a separate shared kitchen ( not open plan with lounge)
Bathroom ( no bath, walk in shower only)
Off Road Driveway Parking
Back garden
Walking distance to bus stops and Cuerden valley
Near to motorway junctions good commuting routes
Near to shops/supermarkets
No smokers of any kind, not even those who only smoke outside.
I'd consider a pet but would need to be right fit, can discuss.
Must be employed full time, work reference and previous landlord reference will be needed please
Although I am not there a lot at right now due to work, this is my home and I want a lodger who will treat it with respect, is trustworthy and who is a nice person to share with when I am there.
A nice, relaxed friendly person, with consideration for others, tidy and clean and easy to get along with.
I am all of the above.
