Double bedroom in Leyland

I am looking for one lodger for my spare double bedroom in a semi detached modern home in Leyland. The room has fitted wardrobes, a double bed, 2 bedside tables, overlooking the garden. There is a private bathroom, with shower and bath for sole use. I would consider a single parent and child as i also have a spare single bedroom.

The house is fairly new - I moved in 16 months ago. The kitchen is fully fitted with 2 fridge freezers so you could keep your food separate to mine if you wanted to. You will have full use of everything in the kitchen.

There is an office space that you could use, until I go to bed as it is at the bottom of the stairs to my bedroom.

There is street parking at the front of the house and I have a back garden.

I work every week day, mostly mornings and work from home sometimes in the afternoon. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, relaxed and easy to get on with. Sorry, no smoking. I have 2 dogs of my own, so do not want another dog in the house, but would allow a cat.
