Bright and airy room

Fairly decent sized room available. Definitely room for a double bed. Currently has current housemates furniture in there so will need to be furnished yourself. I live by myself and have a cat. I don’t expect anyone to look after him but they need to get along with him. He can be quite grumpy sometimes. I work a 9-5 in hospitality so I’m not home much and some nights I do work late depending if there is a function.
Decent sized kitchen, living area and dining room. Bathroom has a shower/bath. There is some small on road parking which I have a permit for the use of.

Centre of leyland 5mins from m6 motorway and close to all amenities.
