I have a lovely 4 bed home in Leyland, 10 mins from Preston and only 40 mins away from Manchester. It’s a new build on a friendly estate with great neighbours.

I have 2 double bedrooms I would like to rent out, and hoping to find some nice people I can get on with! The house a 3 floor semi-detached. I have the master bedroom on the top floor and the middle floor has 2 double rooms and 1 box room, with a shared bathroom. I have my own en-suite so I don’t use it.

I have a lovely dog called Lola so you must be a dog person (she’s in the house more than me 🤣) she’s friendly, she does bark at the postman and demands attention, but she’s really sweet and cuddly and doesn’t shed her fur.

I do have quite a big garden so I’m open to another dog in the house! Unfortunately I couldn’t have a cat as I’m allergic.

I am clean and keep to myself. I’m a great cook and good company too. I work full time - 4 days a week in the office so I’m not always in.
