I have a large double bedroom available to rent. The rest of the house which can be shared consists of a large garden, a living room, separate dining room and kitchen. 1 large bathroom (only has shower).
I have a very loving and friendly dog so hopefully this isn’t a problem.
I don’t mind guests coming round but only to be in your own private room - no party’s or groups of people.
Bills included in the monthly price just provide own food.
Decorate the room however you like however not allowed to paint.
There is a set of draws and a mattress in the room.
Longridge is a lovely area in the ribble valley with plenty of stunning walks in the country with amazing views and is a small town that provides every thing you need for example shops, pubs and bars. Longridge is approx a 30 min bus route to Preston which is the nearest city
