Hi! I’m looking for a friendly housemate to share my lovely two-bedroom semi-detached new-build home. I’m hoping to find someone who wants a comfortable, relaxed place to live and will enjoy making the house feel like home.

👋 A bit about me:

I’m a Social Worker and work full-time, splitting my time roughly 50/50 between home and the office. I’m friendly, easy-going and like to keep the house clean, tidy and welcoming.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking the dog 🐶, catching up with friends, going to the gym 💪 or enjoying the occasional Netflix binge 📺. Weekends are often spent hiking in the Lake District 🥾, camping ⛺ or enjoying a glass (or two!) of wine with friends 🍷.

I also have a small, friendly dog who loves company, so you’ll need to be happy sharing the house with a four-legged housemate.

I’d love to find another professional who’s respectful, friendly and considerate. Someone who enjoys having a comfortable place to come home to and is happy sharing the space.

The kitchen is on the smaller side, so it’s important that shared areas are kept tidy and organised. Other than that, it’s a relaxed and friendly home where everyone can do their own thing while enjoying a positive living environment.
