House is halfway between Darwen and Blackburn - 6/7 mins to both. Close to motorway junction. Council tax Band A. Broadband and bills included.
Happy for short term lets and would consider smokers as long as it’s not in the house. Just looking for someone quiet and respectful of my house! References and deposit required.
