Hi, I have a lovely double en-suite room available part of a newly converted 2 bedroom flat.
The room includes an Ottoman storage lift bed.
Chest of drawers, 2 bed side cabinets. Spotlights in ceiling, window looking out over back garden and over Golf Course & trees, really calming view. Two skylight windows.
It also has a walk-in wardrobe with rails & shelves, chest of drawers.
En-suite with shower & bath with overhead shower head and alternative smaller versatile shower head attached. Skylight window.
The room is really bright in the daytime, cosy at night with a unisex decor.
In case you’re wondering on the walls there is soundproofing panels in Black & white as it was previously used for recording.
You will have use of the lounge/kitchen, includes dishwasher, washing machine plus usual appliances, coffee machine, blender, microwave etc. full kitchen utensils, plates & cups.
In the hallway there is a drying room & cloakroom.
A guest toilet & communal front garden area.
Access to the building has a great video monitor system
10 min walk to the beach & 10 mins to the centre, less than 5 mins in the car.
There are 3 flats in the Building, very respectful, nice people.
I want someone that will clean up after them, respecting the other lodger & keep the communal parts clean together. Your own bathroom is the renters responsibility & the kitchen & lounge need to be cleaned by both renters, respecting the other person cleaning up after them.
This is really important to maintain the standard it is now.
Also preferably someone who doesn’t work from home but if you do, there may be an extra cost incurred for energy bills to cover the extra usage.
Whilst the rent includes WiFi, Council Tax, water & utilities, I have had to add on £50 for bills to sustain the rise of bill costs.
When lodging one of the rooms, there maybe some periods where I don’t lodge out both as I will be using it myself.. I am very selective who I put in my flat & respectful of who I pair with who is currently occupying a room there & will always notify ahead of time the current lodger with any change.
I will also at some point consider renting the whole flat. Rent to anyone renting one of the rooms, if one room is vacated.
