Large, light, sunny furnished loft space with en-suite shower room overlooking Royal Lytham 8th Green and 9th Tee, close to local amenities and 5 minutes from Lytham with good transport links. Ideal for anyone working in Lytham or BAE Systems / Land Registry or surrounding areas.

A very clean, tidy and inviting home with bills included (except telephone). Use of all kitchen facilities, including washing machine and dishwasher with use of the garden. Wi-Fi broadband available.

My previous tenants have stayed over 2 years each and have been very comfortable staying with me and thanked me for making them feel welcome and a home from home space.

I am a professional, working mostly from home with a daughter age 16. We also have a cavapoochon dog, Harvey, who is hypoallergenic as my daughter is allergic and she had been absolutely fine and he doesn’t smell!

Although my preference was to let the room Monday - Friday, I wouldn’t mind 7 days per week for the right person.

Non smoker and no pets please.
