Private apartment - part of large house

More than a room. A private self contained furnished apartment on the top floor of a family home (accessed by two sets of stairs). This is Monday to Friday only - occasional weekends can be arranged. There is a shared main entrance leading to two flights of stairs which gives you access to your own private front door with no shared rooms. There is a small hallway leading to a comfortable sitting room, a separate kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom with a 3/4 bed leads into the en-suite shower room. There is on street parking available.
The apartment would suit a professional person/contractor working in the area for a Monday to Friday let, although I am happy to negotiate occasional, additional weekend stays if required. I will provide bedding and towels and a regular cleaning service. The apartment will provide a pleasant resting space within walking distance of local shops/cafes, beach and public transport. I (the Landlady) live in the remainder of the property. The maximum stay period can be extended if required.
