Furnished Double bedroom available for working person, kingsize bed, tv, drawers, wardrobe, in a Shared house with owner . The house is a semi-detached, 1935 large rooms. 2 reception rooms downstairs, open plan kitchen, utility room, Pleasant garden to sit out, fully enclosed. I have a border collie who comes to work with me and 2 cats, so must be ok living with pets in the house. Close to local amenities and bus route to Lancaster, New by-pass is a short car ride.
I am ok with short let's for Heysham Power Station workers, or student doctors for Lancaster Hospital.
Must be quiet, clean, tidy and respectful person. 😁. All inclusive of bills.
