Professional couple looking for lodger. Large double room available in Victorian house. 1 large room with bay window - clean, furnished, with wooden floors. Separate shared bathroom for tenants. Shared kitchen with owners. 2 well behaved dogs also live in the house and can be a bit barky now and again but they are friendly and not allowed upstairs. No separate shared living room but room is large enough to have separate seating area/sofa.
Central location with good bus routes (from the bus stop opposite house) into Lancaster and to both Universities. Looking for professional people. House is 5 minutes walk to amenities and 10 minutes walk to promenade. Please contact for more information.
