Large double sized room ideal for Power Station.

The house is large and comfortable with several reception rooms and one and a half bathrooms. The Kitchen/diner/conservatory is well equipped with cooking range, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. It's in a quiet area 3.4 miles (11 minutes by car) to Heysham Power Station and a two minute walk from bus stop for Lancaster buses. There is unrestricted on street parking. It's a non smoking house (vapes ok) but there is a garden! We are looking for a working person who is mature and responsible. We are both self employed, easy going, generally quiet and are used to sharing our home.
