Lovely large double bedroom situated at the front of the house nice bay window plenty of light gets the sun so warms the room lovely.
Furnished with a double bed and large wardrobes.
You'll need to supply your own pillows duvet etc
Shared bathroom but there is 2 separate toilets.
Kitchen fitted with usual appliances , washer fridge cooker.
There is a living room and also a second room your welcome to use currently a dining room. Lots of space .
I have a drive way should you require a parking space.
Bill are included . I would expect you to be mindful of the extortionate costs of electric and not be careless leaving stuff on etc. Thanks 👍
I'm fairly quiet and respectful of privacy as I would expect in return, that said I'm easy to get along with enjoy a natter and a brew. (or glass of wine ), and do tend to burst into song and a dance when a good song comes on the radio.
Oh and there's Basil he's the resident budgie.
Smoking is ok but not inside the property .
The property is situated close to local amenities, train station , shops , bus routes into Lancaster .
