Furnished double room available in house with only one other person. Bedroom includes new double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv etc. The room also has original cast iron fire place in as a feature. The room has recently been decorated and had a new carpet laid.

The house also has bathroom with shower, a tiny third bedroom (which isn't used), a living room, separate dining room and large kitchen. There is also a big garden and driveway.

The rent includes all bills: gas, electric, water, council tax, sky tv, broadband. The price reflects the fact that this is a 2 person house share, suited to someone like me who has had enough of sharing with loads of people, with the noise and mess that comes with it.

The location is a nice residential area, close to Morecambe town centre and its amenities, such as bus routes and train station. Morrisons is 5 mins walk away.

I have rented and house shared for years so Im more than used to it :) I finally got round to buying a house is the only difference now. I have a house cat so i need someone respectful who will remember to close doors after themselves! Lol.

I work long hours for the council so Im not always around, another reason i want a lodger is to help feed the cat if Im not in. Yes Im that cheeky!

Im a 26 year old professional female and i am seeking someone similar to myself. When i do get home, i like to chill watching the soaps on the sofa and getting an early night.
