The house has all mod cons. Washer, Dryer, Sky. I like to try and keep the house clean and tidy , however some days my work can be seen around the house. I am self employed and can work from home occasionally.
Parking is available and I also have a garden for socializing or relaxing in
I'm a Live in Landlord who likes cooking, films, music and having a laugh.


I would also require a deposit of £100.
Tenancy agreements will be exchanged on moving in. Minimum term 3 months.
