Room To Rent

Single unfurnished room (could possibly fit double bed) to rent in a two bedroom flat the other being occupied by myself.
The room is bright and airy with built in wardrobe and there is plenty or storage space too
You can have access to the rest of the flat and use of all appliances ie washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and Hoover. and all bills are included as well as unlimited broadband.
Close to shops and train station and right next to a bus route to Lancaster.
I work full time and mostly early shifts so I am out of the house most of the day. I am quite sociable but mainly on the weekends as of work during the week.
I do not mind smokers as I smoke myself but not in the flat.
I also have a kitten (who's very playful) so must be animal friendly.
