Long term let only. Quiet, mature house. Inc. All bills, internet and TV in room.

There is access to Lancaster City Centre, the Lancaster University by bus or by train. 2 mins to bus stops and 15 mins walk distance to Morecambe train station and only 10 mins to get Lancaster City Centre by train. There are plenty of local shops and amenities and parking is available outside.

These rooms would suit university students or professionals. You should be clean, willing to share clean duties, tidy, respectful and preferably non smokers with a good character and behaviour (allowing outside smoking only). Above all, we all want to have a clean, tidy, quite and safe place to sleep and to live.
