Large double bedroom in a modern newly refurbished 4 bed detached house situated on Grosvenor Park, Morecambe, just off Asda roundabout with a ten minute drive into Lancaster and a five minute drive to Heysham power station.

Room comes fully furnished including tv, and it's just been redecorated with new carpet. Modern kitchen and bathroom. The house has a large conservatory which doubles up as a second lounge so there's plenty of room so we won't get on top of each other. You'll have the main bathroom to yourself as I've got en suite.

Typical 26 year old, likes going out socialising, watching sports, etc. I'm usually out the house working, gym or rugby. Quiet laid back, don't really have any house rules just clean up after yourself and we'll get on fine. Looking for someone around the same age and with the same interests.
