The double bedroom is a good size, well lit, and offers plenty of storage. There is room for a small work space / desk too if required.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a recently installed shower-room. Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge-dining area and well equipped kitchen.

All bills are included in the rent. Fibre broadband is available. Rent is payable by standing order a week in advance.

You will be sharing the house with my sister, Judith. She will arrange viewings with you and be on hand to answer any questions.
