4 Bed House (2 bedrooms and a living room for one)

This house is a four bedroomed/two front roomed house, however I only wish to share with one person, therefore the advert is for two of four bedrooms and one of two living rooms. Shared large kitchen and shared large bathroom with bath. All bills included. shared rooms are furnished one of the two bedrooms has a bed frame and wardrobe.

I am a clean tidy house mate and would idealy like to share with a tidy person. I have a small dog who is house trained and friendly.

You may put locks on bedroom doors. The house is situated on the boundary between brierfield and nelson and on a main road with train line behind the garden.

There is a celler in which you may use as storage.
