I have a small double room available to rent. Part furnished, comes with a double bed, bedside cabinet and shelves unit, All could be removed if necessary. Looking for a professional person that is clean and tidy and not too noisy. Shared living space, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. Access to washing machine and tumble dryer available. On street parking available. Bills included are council tax water rates and utilities, virgin media fibre optic broadband also included. You must be comfortable around dogs and cats as I have one of each, and my dog will demand strokes at every given opportunity.
